1. Acceptance

By using this website or making a reservation with any Soulsetters brand, you accept these terms. Each brand (Perdue Hotel, Nautical Hotel, Rups Beach Club, Blue Voyage) is a distinct property with its own house rules that apply in addition to these terms.

2. Reservations & payment

A reservation is confirmed when your deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued. Payment terms, deposit amount, and balance due dates are stated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by property and season. The policy applicable to your stay will be provided at booking and is stated in your confirmation email. Please read it carefully before committing.

4. Arrival & departure

Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 unless otherwise arranged. Early/late arrangements are subject to availability.

5. Liability

We take care of your stay with the attention it deserves. That said, Soulsetters brands are not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our proven negligence. Please insure personal valuables.

6. Force majeure

If we cannot deliver your stay due to events beyond our control (natural events, emergencies, regulatory orders), we will offer rescheduling or refund as fair in the circumstances.
